This is a very interesting article on the subject of contraceptives. It relates to our conversation from class the other night. Rick Santorum cited Charles Murray in the GOP debate last night and it has caused quite a stir, as many people see Murray as a racist.
Did someone hear Gingrich's comments today when he blasted Obama for apologizing for the burning of the Koran? What do you think? What should Obama have done/his response?
ReplyDeleteAnything Gingrich says is usually pretty ridiculous..this was no farther stretch. Obama would probably reach the same fate, more bashing by loopy Republicans, no matter how he responds!

ReplyDeleteI don’t know if he is serious about addressing the issue related to contraceptives and increasing number of children being born out of wedlock in the US. Does he even know why it is occurring in American society today? He seems to be lack the understanding of the causes behind the problem and I don’t think contraceptives have anything to do with this. Ratherr, poverty, lack of education or misuse of contraception could be the reason behind increasing teenage pregnancies.
